Method of designing and calculating the structure simulates the applied force to test the load capacity of the tank: 100% automatic on 3D design software
Quality check method: on-site thickness gauge, sending material samples to analysis center.
Incorporate strict quality control by both FUDESO and the customer. Customers accompany FUDESO throughout the production process, inspecting goods and requesting corrections before receiving goods.
 
FUDESO always closely follows the above process to create the best quality products. For the Shofu Ha Nam project, the customer is one of the most quality Japanese companies, with a team of experts in strict quality control, and a standard application process according to each form. Therefore, FUDESO has improved its product quality control method to be able to meet the requirements of customers.

Design drawings are made on 3D for the easiest view to visualize, while ensuring high accuracy as well as showing conflicts.

In Vietnam today, it is rare for any wastewater treatment unit to calculate the load-bearing test structure of Composite tanks on 3D software. This is also one of the big steps of FUDESO in the process of quality improvement and product quality control process. These calculations will be sent first to the customer for approval, then FUDESO will start processing.
