1. What is an Activated Carbon Adsorption Scrubber?

- Activated carbon block media with dimensions of 100 × 100 mm (10 × 10 cm), offering high mechanical strength, stable airflow distribution, and low pressure loss.
- Induced draft fan installed downstream of the Scrubber to create negative pressure throughout the system, minimizing the risk of exhaust gas leakage.
- The fan is manufactured from steel, FRP, or stainless steel, providing excellent corrosion resistance and long-term durability under various operating conditions.

3. Working Principle
The exhaust gas enters the adsorption Scrubber through the ducting system.
Driven by the induced draft fan installed after the Scrubber, the airflow passes uniformly through the activated carbon layers. During this process, VOCs, odors, and other pollutants are adsorbed onto the surface of the activated carbon media, while the cleaned air continues through the system and is discharged into the atmosphere.
Once the activated carbon becomes saturated, the operator only needs to remove the carbon trays and replace the adsorption media without modifying the Scrubber structure.
